Project Goal
"Concert of the Carré Nights" is a film made on the occasion of the group Pantin2Paille performing on the stage of the renowned festival Les Nuits Carrées in Antibes. The goal: to capture the raw energy, musical intensity, and the communion of the audience around an emerging artist in full ascent. This project is as much a testament to performance as it is a celebration of the local scene, vibrant and authentic.
Cinematography & Techniques
Shot with the Sony FX3, stabilized by the Ronin DJI RS PRO 3, and equipped with Sony GM lenses (12-24 mm, 24-70 mm, 70-200 mm f/2.8), the film combines immersive close-ups and wide shots captured by drone DJI Mini Pro 3. The work on stage lighting, contrasts, and the rhythm of editing conveys the full visual and sound power of the concert. Each shot has been designed to reflect the closeness between the band, the music, and its audience.
Storytelling
The narrative follows the tempo of the live performance: rising energy, interaction with the audience, emotions captured on faces. The camera becomes a witness to this shared intensity, alternating between the frenzy of the stage and the suspended moments between two choruses. The film highlights the stage signature of Pantin2Paille, its generosity, and the contagious passion that drives each of its pieces.
Final Result
Broadcast on the artist's networks, the film resonated strongly and allowed Pantin2Paille to promote its universe to a broader audience. A true visual business card, it opened the doors to new festivals and marked an important step in his career. A sincere, rhythmic, and vibrant production — reflecting the essence of the evening it immortalizes.
